Join us for an event on Monday 6 July to mark the publication of the Mills Review findings.

Led by Executive Director, Sheldon Mills, the Review builds on our existing work and looks at the long-term impact of AI on retail financial services, looking towards 2030 and beyond. It explores how AI could reshape market structure, consumer outcomes and regulatory approaches, as well as the opportunities and risks this presents.

The launch will examine the Review’s findings and recommendations put forward to the FCA, considering how firms and regulators across the wider financial services ecosystem can respond to the long‑term opportunities and challenges of AI, including competition, consumer protection, transparency and resilience.

Taking place at Code Node from 3pm-6pm, the event will feature a keynote from Sheldon Mills, audience Q&A, and provide the opportunity to engage with perspectives from industry, technology, consumer groups and regulation.
